Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products: Items made to your specifications.
- Clearance or sale items: Products purchased at a discounted rate as part of clearance sales.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Opened or used products where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded (unless the product is defective).
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with a return shipping label if applicable.
- Shipping the Item Back: Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit. Use the provided return label or arrange your own shipping.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be processed.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
B. Deductions:

Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: For returns unrelated to defects (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Company Responsibility: For defective or incorrect items, Aerolite will cover the return shipping fees.
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
